Your research and campaign plan
The research plan is a paid business deliverable, not a deposit or a fee for permission to receive an offer. Its price is calculated for your business and requested scope and fixed in the order before PayPal approval. Payment orders that work; it does not order or start advertising. A preliminary campaign range is an estimate. Only a separately signed execution proposal sets the final campaign price and scope.
Work on the research order begins after payment is verified. We do not offer a discretionary change-of-mind refund for that purchase. Deciding not to accept a later campaign proposal does not cancel the research order or entitle you to a refund. The completed plan remains yours to use as supplied. If you continue to execution with nonono, the research payment is credited once against the execution price, up to that price, as recorded in the signed proposal.
If we cannot supply the agreed research plan, including after necessary clarification, we refund its payment through the original payment service. A technical retry or an intermediate screen is not delivery of the completed plan. Contact billing@nonono.ai with your order reference if the agreed deliverable is missing or materially different from your order. Mandatory legal rights and applicable PayPal rights remain available.
Campaign execution after agreement
The signed proposal defines the deliverables, any measurable commitments, service period, measurement rules, charges and dispute window. After signature and the start of work under it, there is no discretionary change-of-mind cancellation or refund, unless that signed version expressly provides one. Before work starts, any cancellation or change is governed by that version and applicable law. The research purchase remains a separate order.
nonono remains responsible for performing the signed scope at the agreed price. Changes require a separate agreement; a forecast or an internal review does not replace an agreed commitment. A temporary technical or protective pause does not itself cancel the agreement. We explain a material delivery issue and the steps to resolve it. This policy does not remove remedies if the agreed service is not supplied.
To request a change or raise a delivery issue, contact the route in your proposal or billing@nonono.ai with its reference. We confirm the effect on the agreed work and any provider action. A request alone is not proof that an external campaign has stopped. Do not send a password or full card number.
Delivery disputes and payment mistakes
Report a duplicate or unauthorised charge, a disputed billable lead or appointment, a failure to supply the agreed service, or a cancellation right under applicable law to billing@nonono.ai. Include the order or offer reference, date, amount and a short explanation. We check the accepted terms and delivery evidence. A disputed lead is reviewed under the qualification criteria and dispute window in the signed proposal. Approved refunds are made through the original payment service where possible.
These services are offered for business use. Any consumer-law cancellation rights depend on the actual purpose and circumstances of the purchase, not merely the buyer's name or legal form. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. PayPal's applicable buyer-protection, dispute and reversal rules also remain in force; these terms do not prevent you from using them.
Provider activity and existing agreements
nonono funds the advertising, domains and selected production providers included in the agreed campaign. The signed price and scope remain the basis for delivery and billing. Provider requests and confirmed provider states are recorded separately. Records needed for delivery, accounting and disputes may be retained independently of a request to end service or delete other data.
A policy update does not rewrite an existing research order or signed proposal. The version accepted for that order or proposal remains available as its record. Any agreed amendment is recorded separately.
