Do not publish fabricated businesses, reviews, staff, availability, prices, guarantees or endorsements. Do not impersonate a business or government body. Clearly identify who provides the advertised service and the applicable material conditions. Regulated products, professional claims and restricted advertising require the advertiser's licences, disclosures and platform permissions.
People and information
Do not upload unlawfully obtained lists, evade opt-outs, send unlawful unsolicited communications or collect unnecessary sensitive information. Ordinary lead forms must not request passwords, complete payment-card details, government identity documents, medical histories or information about children. Do not use the service for unlawful discrimination or prohibited eligibility decisions.
Platform safety and reports
Do not distribute malware, probe another customer's information, bypass access or budget controls, overload the service, infringe intellectual property or use it for unlawful content or activity. Report suspected abuse to legal@nonono.ai with the relevant page URL, factual description and your contact details. Report security issues to security@nonono.ai without accessing or copying other customers' records. We assess reports and may restrict the affected activity; a restriction can be contested through support.
